To ensure that the pumping unit can work normally for a long time and extend its service life, regular maintenance is required.
The maintenance of pumping units can be divided into three levels of maintenance according to the level of production: routine maintenance, first-level maintenance, and second-level maintenance.
1. Routine Maintenance
Routine maintenance is the inspection and maintenance performed by oil producers every shift or daily. The maintenance content is as follows:
(1) Check the fastening bolts in each part, and hit the bolts in the main parts with a hand hammer. There should be no loosening or slipping. You can also draw the safety line, pay attention to whether the safety line is staggered when checking. Key components such as crankpin nuts must be inspected daily.
(2) Check that the gearbox, bottom shaft, tail shaft, and crankpin are free of abnormal sounds, and are not short of oil or oil.
(3) Keep the pumping unit clean and free of oil pollution.
